James Watchorn, Craan Lane, Milford, County Carlow

The death has occurred of James Watchorn of Craan Lane, Milford, County Carlow.

James Watchorn of Craan lane, Milford, Carlow passed away unexpectedly February 28th, 2015, at his home. Sadly missed by his loving brothers Patrick and Michael (Mixer), sisters Lil, Moira, Noeleen and Brigid, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home from 7.30pm on Saturday. Reposing from 12 noon on Sunday with prayers at 9pm. Removal on Monday at 10.30am to St Fintan’s Church, Ballinabranna, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

May James rest in peace.


Ferdinand (Fernie) Breen, Barrow Lough, Leighlinbridge, County Carlow.

The death has occurred of Ferdinand (Fernie) Breen of Barrow Lough, Leighlinbridge, County Carlow.

Ex employee of the Irish Press and past member of Edmondstown Golf Club and current member of Borris Golf Club.Father of the late Theresa. Sadly missed by his loving family; wife Jean, daughters Martina, Trish and Colette, son Declan, sons-in-law Alan, Declan, Karl and Jim, grandchildren Chris, Laura, David, Evan, Tiana and Max, sisters and brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Somers’ Funeral Home on Monday from 3pm with removal that evening arriving at St. Lazerian’s Church at 6pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11am, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery Shankill Co. Dublin. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Carlow/ Kilkenny Homecare Team.
